In Recognition of the

ASEZ at Bronx Community College

WHEREAS, a Great State is only as great as those persons and or organizations who give exemplary services to their community, whether through participation in voluntary programs, through unique personal achievement in their professional or other endeavors or simply through a lifetime of good citizenry; and

WHEREAS, ASEZ, or SAVE the Earth from A to Z, is an international group at Bronx Community College that consists of university student volunteers affiliated with the Church of God, who act to solve practical problems around the world; and

WHEREAS, The answer to all these challenges faced in this world depends on young adults and university students who are the leaders of future generations. We have the power to change present despair to future hope, and current frustration to future happiness. The power of one person is weak, but if all of us work together to solve the problems cach campus is facing, the hopeful future of humanity will soon become a reality; and

WHEREAS, such service, which is truly the lifeblood of the community and the state, so often goes unrecognized and unrewarded; now therefore be it

RESOLVED, that as a duly elected Member of the State Assembly of New York, I recognize

ASEZ at Bronx Community College

We have an organization worthy of the recognition of both the

Community and the great State of New York.
